it’s so hard for me to put spin on my forehand and backhand. any ideas? my friend says i have the speed but i just don’t have enough spin so it isn’t heavy. i want it to stay flat too. help please!!
@trackgril175 You’re shitfting your weight up instead of forward and through the ball. Following all the way through also helps the ball go in.
my ball always gpes too far and/or too high. why is that?
@1337SFpro haha thanks
@pandavo
semi western is sort of a universal forehand grip
it is the most basic
many beginners just grab the racket with a continental or hammer grip
not many people play like this but federer plays with an eastern forehand
just follow the video for the grip and you will be fine
and also remember, dont SLAM the ball every time
good tennis players start with nailing the form
@DannySPce like more towards semi-western grip or continental grip?
@UmbreonStar57 every one starts bad but you will become better!
@ProLinify just keep practising it will be easy for you too!
@pandavo i guess i know what your problem is.
You have enough power thats easy becouse your grip is for flat.
You could change ur grip a little so you will give a little more spin.
And also you have to go from down to up fast so the ball gets the spin with it.
Well try to change ur grip a little and you will see it work
tsalomon youd said bulshit federer use eastern forehand grip and he’s number one so please don’t talk about tennis thx
I wish they had chosen a right hander to demonstrate. Also, she isn’t using an eastern grip, which I think most non-pro. players use, so I had a little trouble identifying with this video.
am taking tennis lessons i hope its easy as it looks
Whats the difference between this and topspin shot except u swing less from low to high?
this helped me alot…. it was hard in the beginning but if u keep practicing itll turn out reely great.. trust me this really helped me
I swear Feddy use an eastern…
practice on a real court lol. best thing ever
“Some players use the semi-western grip…”
most of the good players use the semi-western or western grip. Almost no good player uses the eastern grip today. If you start with an eastern grip you will have to change to a more efficient grip later and getting used to a new grip is always a very difficult and long process.
Dun’t try anythin TOO advance, buh if yu can get the basic move on to the topspin forehands, buh try and work on one. Basically master the basic flat serve, forehand, and backhand and continue moving on! Sounds easy buh it might take a while =D
im trying to learn as much as i can
since im trying out for my school tennis
team….and im nervous because
theres a lot of competition….any tips
on how to get better??
ProLinify, YOU ARE NOT ALONE
It looks so easy but its so hard for me T-T
Nice profesional vids
you make this look so easy but im very very very bad
VERY NICE GUIDE
indeed!
