Na Yeon Choi successfully defended her title at the LPGA Hana Bank Championship Presented by SK telecom. Choi shot a final-round, 3-under 69 to finish 10-under, two shots clear of Vicky Hurst (70) and Song-Hee Kim (73).
Beatriz Recari performed double driving duty on Saturday, October 2nd prior to the IZOD IndyCar Series Cafes do Brasil Indy 300 at Homestead — Miami Speedway. The 23-year-old LPGA rookie gave Newman/Haas Racing’s Graham Rahal a lesson at a local driving range before strapping into an IndyCar with motorsports legend Mario Andretti for a 200-mph trip around the track.
